  • Complete weekly challenges on topics like stress, fitness, and financial and time management. Click here to try our past weekly challenges.
  • Work out on Tuesdays! Staff walk the WIC talk on Tuesdays by wearing workout clothes and fitting in workouts like walking or circuit training during breaks.
